I don't like that there are NOT 28 exercise days - it is just a program that goes 28 days but Sat. and Sun. are "rest days". That being said you can double or triple up any day you want. I have done the abs day more frequently because I started with NO noticeable muscle there and couldn't do much at all. I am sore the next day but obviously need to do more abs/stomach muscle exercises. The time passes quickly. You tell yourself you can do just about anything for EIGHT minutes so you just keep going. I am feeling better and more energetic every day. I can really tell a difference in just two weeks so will definitely keep going.

This is a very clever workout. While it appears to be marketed to seniors, anyone would enjoy it. You can use any size of handheld weights, depending on your ability. Everything is included, warm up, warm down, and stretching. If you are short on time you can adjust the different 8 minute increments accordingly. I walk every day but use this workout after to get in a little weight training and stretching. The direction is excellent. None of the moves are too crazy or complicated.

Finally an exercise video for real people and it’s great for seniors! I have arthritis in my knees and hips but I can do this and I know I can adapt what I'm doing if needed. If you want to get done with your workout fast and still get results you should try this one.

I was pretty skeptical something like these could help me lose weight... but so far I've been pleasantly surprised! I'm a mom of 4 so finding the time to work out never seems realistic. But the 8 minutes a day is really good!! Definitely recommend for anyone short on time or just getting into fitness.
You do not have to rolling around on the floor to do these exercises!

I have purchased many, many exercise DVD's for Senior Citizens. All of them ask me to get out a yoga mat and want me to roll around on the floor for 30, 45 minutes to exercise - seriously! I love this DVD - It is broken down into 8 minute session for five days a week for four weeks with two days off a week. Everyday you are working on a different area of your body and yes I have to get down on the floor yoga mat, but it is for 2 minutes at most, every third or fourth day. This I can do. I have been using this program for 8 weeks now. I have lost a total of 8 lbs using this DVD and eating a healthy balanced diet. I am elderly, no senior citizen wants to get down on the floor, roll around to do their exercises and then have to try and get back up. This DVD helps to strengthen and tone my body and I don't get bored!

Great product. The exercises are challenging but not heard and really build your strength. I love it that it is geared toward more elderly people and each session is only eight minutes. Highly recommend!

The video is great for older adults to work out. I usually do yoga first and then this daily workout. It's only 8 minutes a day! I'm not much of an exerciser so this is perfect for me.
